The summer comes and the summer temperatures of these last days give us desires for relaxation and for very fresh cocktails. The Bar " La Princesse " of Le Mas de Pierre is opened to welcome you from 3 pm to midnight every day.
Our Head barman Romain Nardi and our barman Maxime will indulge to prepare you innovative cocktails, filled with colors and with flavors, always putting the "home-made" in the honor in each of your tastings.
Day cocktail, classic or new creations, every glass which will be prepared for you will have been revisited sOn themes such as Provence and the Mediterranean Sea, personalized as well by its tastes as by its presentation.
Cocktails are created with fresh products, most of the time possible stemming from our gardens. Fruits are used gross or transformed into coulis in the hands of our Head pastry chef.
Jams, confits, syrups, the ingredients of your cocktail are produced for the greater part in our cookings either stemming from the local crafts.
For originality, it will not be also improbable that you find at the top of your glass, some edible flowers such as flowers of jasmine, grapefruit or orange tree, picked in the bend of one of our paths.
There will be for everything the tastes, with or without alcohol, then let catch yourselves by authentic flavors and appreciate the real outside tasting.
