This seasonal restaurant celebrates the sun-kissed cuisines of the Mediterranean coast, blending Turkish, Greek, Lebanese, and Provençal influences. On the menu: colorful, generous dishes designed for sharing—fragrant mezze, grilled vegetables, wood-fired grilled meats, fish from our coasts, and fruity or icy desserts. The “tannour” oven, the beating heart of the lagoon’s Middle Eastern cuisine, cooks certain dishes using an ancestral technique that brings out authentic flavors and unique textures. Each dish evokes a port, a stopover, or a bustling market on the shores of the Mediterranean, taking you on a culinary journey across diverse horizons.
