The Spa welcomes children and teens for relaxing experiences tailored to their age group. For children ages 6–12, we offer introductory treatments by Nougatine Paris featuring gentle textures and delicious scents. For teenagers, targeted treatments are designed to support their skin’s changing needs. All teenagers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
The children of the Domaine du Mas are welcome from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting age 4, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult, including during their treatments. The spa’s aquatic areas do not are not accessible to minors from June 15 through September 15.

The wellness facilities (heated indoor pool, hot tub, saunas, steam room, Snow Cave) are open:
• From 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for hotel guests,
• From 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for non-hotel guests, depending on the package booked.
The fitness center is open:
• from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM for hotel guests,
• from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM for non-hotel guests.
Access to Facilities
Access to the wellness facilities is included and available to hotel guests without a prior reservation.
During peak times, access may be temporarily restricted to ensure comfort and the quality of the experience.
Children ages 4 to 18, accompanied by an adult, may access Only at the pool and hot tub from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., except from June 15 to September 15.

Cancellation
Any cancellation or change must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, or in the event of a no-show, the full cost of the treatment will be charged or deducted from the gift certificate or membership plan used.
