This ‘Active Energy’ stay* will meet your expectations by offering a range of services aimed at taking care of your body to strengthen your immune system. A naturopath or dietitian will start your program to guide and assess your needs and deficiencies. Your sports coach will refine their advice to help you achieve all the desired energy during coaching sessions.
Hydrotherapy treatments and muscle recovery massages provided by our expert practitioners will relieve tension by releasing lactic acid accumulated during your sessions and rebalancing your body’s overall harmony.
A wellness half-board will enhance your experience with balanced menus created by our chef, an expert in gourmet and healthy cuisine!

Nutritional assessment with our dietitian expert in naturopathy.
Private aquabike coaching – 30 min
Aquatic session to increase cardiovascular capacity and tone muscles while avoiding impacts. Exercising in water helps drain the body.
Deep Tissue Massage – 90 min
A deep therapeutic massage using “trigger point” techniques for soothing muscle relaxation.
Electrostimulation Session (EMS) – 30 min
Electrical muscle stimulation triggers reflex muscle contractions. A repeated electrical impulse on a muscle allows recruitment of 98 to 100% of the targeted muscle fibers, unlike a voluntary contraction that will recruit 40 to 60% of muscle fibers during traditional physical exercise.

Absolute Serenity 3 Days
Our body’s energy is low and our body needs to ground itself and regain its tranquility. We offer you a gentle return, so relax in our hands to achieve absolute well-being.
This wellness stay* is aimed at people seeking mental harmony and relaxation to find the best balance between body and mind.
It incorporates gentle activities such as yoga and pilates. A sophrology session will begin the rebalancing with breathing exercises, followed by meditation/yoga sessions and deep relaxation treatments from our cosmetic brands PAOMA© and CellCosmet© which will allow for a progressive release.
Balanced menus will be included during your stay and our nutritionist will assist you in choosing the most suitable foods to alkalize your organs by maximizing the reduction of acidity, which is a source of chronic fatigue and migraines. Following a personalized consultation with our nutritionist, Power Shape 2 reshaping sessions will work on smoothing targeted areas accompanied by anti-cellulite slimming treatments.
