Are you attracted to water but have an intense fear of it?

Program includes: taming this environment at your own pace with breathing techniques. We will also help you enter the water gradually and at your own pace, to stand upright, to move safely. You will thus discover floating, learn to put your head underwater without apprehension (and always if you feel capable), and not to panic when you can no longer touch the bottom.

The objective of aquaphobia classes is not to learn how to swim, but to gradually find pleasure in being serene and relaxed in contact with water.
