Stéphanie Gioia, with her Diploma of higher studies in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Lycée Paul Augier (Nice) in hand, elected the United States to start her career.
At the age of 21, she inaugurated the Palais de la Méditerranée in Nice as Assistant Head Housekeeper, which enabled her to hone her skills and discover other facets of this profession, which combines attention to detail diplomacy and adaptability.
In 2007, the Mas de Pierre took pride in welcoming her. Thus, the beginning of a wonderful adventure that has been ongoing for 13 years now!
Every day, Stéphanie takes pleasure in crisscrossing the estate, creating beautiful floral decorations. She navigates between floors and bastides, ensuring the harmony of the various guests' areas and lounges, checking rooms and suites to fulfil even the unexpressed wishes and needs of guests of all ages of Domaine du Mas de Pierre.
Passionate, caring and guided by common sense, she and her team are committed to creating a unique, memorable experience for their guests.

The little details? It is precisely the attention to little details that makes a stay unforgettable; a personalised cuddly toy for our little guests, a bath cape and toiletries for a baby's bath, rose petals for a wedding proposal. All these little attentions are performed with heartfelt care.
As a conductor, Stéphanie is also responsible for the whole department. She has to deal with her team's expectations and those of the management and customers to ensure that everyone is fully satisfied.
A hands-on manager, Stéphanie leads more than 30 people every day on an 7-hectare site!
With all these enriching experiences to her credit, a new challenge has arisen with the opening of Domaine du Mas de Pierre: a French-style luxury resort in the heart of the French Riviera!
