Our Chef Emmanuel Lehrer and his teams will take you on a unique evening of live-cooking :
• Fine fish or brazier-grilled meats,
• Their famous truffle risotto prepared in the Parmesan cheese,
• or enjoy seafood from our seafood corner “banc de l’écailler”.
