Chef Emmanuel Lehrer shares the recipe for his delicious limoncello :
List of ingredients :
• 12 unprocessed Menton Lemons
• 2 Liters of 90° Alcohol or fruit
• 3 Liters of water
• 1,5 kg of superfine sugar
Zest the lemons using a peeler and leave them to marinate for 15 days in the alcohol.
Filter the mixture, then add the cold fruit syrup to the alcohol.
Put it aside in the fridge for 15 days before the tasting.
