At the age of 28, Manon Isnard, our talented pastry chef, has developed her own culinary universe. Every day, in our gourmet restaurant, La Table de Pierre, as well as in our Bistrot Lis Orto, she delights our guests with desserts that are indulgent, elegant, and irresistible.
Drawing inspiration from the luxurious atmosphere of the Domaine du Mas de Pierre, her hometown of Nice, as well as her past experiences, Manon creates an exceptional taste experience that aligns perfectly with our Estate.
