Preamble<\/h2>

These rules and regulations are posted at each entrance to the Hotel. A hard copy or digital copy (accessible via Flashcode\u00a9) is available at the front desk. Any person entering the Hotel\u2019s premises is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these provisions. <\/p>

The Domaine du Mas de Pierre is a private establishment open to the public, providing luxury hotel and SPA \/ thalassotherapy services.<\/p>

For the purpose of these regulations, the following terms are defined:<\/p>

\u2022 \u201cHotel\u201d: the entity responsible for the premises and providing services, as well as its representatives (notably its staff).
\u2022 \u201cPremises\u201d: all areas comprising the hotel: premises, rooms, common areas, staff-only areas.
\u2022 \u201cCommon areas\u201d: all areas accessible to any visitor, which notably includes the reception, shop, spa, elevators, staircases, access corridors, restaurant, bar, and terrace.
\u2022 \u201cVisitor\u201d: any person (passerby, hotel service provider, client, staff…) entering the premises.
\u2022 \u201cClient\u201d: any person who has purchased a service from the hotel and is welcomed as such on the premises.<\/p>

<\/p>

General Organization<\/h3>

The premises are open and freely accessible 24\/7.<\/p>

The Hotel may, at any time, require visitors to comply with certain specific measures (restricted access, wearing of masks, etc.) for security or health reasons, even in the absence of specific legislation imposing these measures.<\/p>

Visitors must respect the premises and their equipment (furniture, decorative elements, etc.), and report any reprehensible act to the hotel (degradation, vandalism, indecency, offense against good morals, etc.).<\/p>

The use of the premises must be carried out in a way that preserves their tranquility and does not disturb public order or good morals, which implies compliance with regulations and excludes any agitated or shocking behavior. In particular, it is forbidden: <\/p>

\u2022 Smoking or vaping,\u2022 Wearing indecent clothing,\u2022 Possessing, using, or consuming illegal or dangerous substances,\u2022 Violating the rules of use indicated by the posted symbols, particularly regarding elevators,\u2022 Disposing of trash outside of trash cans,\u2022 Demonstrating, running, dancing, changing clothes, causing a disturbance, throwing or dropping objects, displaying banners, writing graffiti, or engaging in games, sports, or religious activities,\u2022 Do not clutter the premises by storing anything there (bicycles, packages, suitcases, or other items). Any suspicious object (abandoned, chained to furniture, or of dubious origin) may, as a safety measure, be impounded, damaged, or destroyed, at the sole expense and risk of the person who left it there,\u2022 Engaging in disrespectful, inappropriate, or indecent behavior toward the staff or service providers of the Domaine du Mas de Pierre. <\/p>

In general, any restoration or repair will be charged to offenders whose behavior has led to degradations.<\/p>

Any person contravening the provisions of these regulations may be asked to leave the Premises, without being able to claim any kind of damage.<\/p>

Objects found by the staff of the Domaine du Mas de Pierre will, if their dimensions allow, be secured in a safe for a period of three (3) years in accordance with the law.<\/p>

These objects will be returned upon the first request of the Visitor, with the Domaine du Mas de Pierre reserving the right to require any document necessary to confirm ownership of the object or guarantee its return to its owner (invoice, identity document of the person authorized to retrieve the object, etc.).<\/p>

If applicable, the costs and risks of shipping will be entirely borne by the visitor.<\/p>

<\/p>

Common Areas<\/h2>

Visitors circulating in the Common areas are required to adopt reasonable behavior (not using phones on speakerphone, not running, refraining from shouting, not instigating or participating in a brawl or disturbance of any kind) and proper attire: it is notably forbidden to circulate shirtless, and when bathrobes are allowed, they must be worn with a swimsuit or underwear.<\/p>

Subject to the prohibitions set forth below, pets on a leash are permitted; however, the Hotel reserves the right to deny access to any Guest accompanied by a pet that is clearly likely to disturb the peace and quiet of the Premises, or that is dangerous and not muzzled.<\/p>

Visitors welcomed to the Premises for professional reasons (especially service providers) are obliged to maintain a discreet attitude so as not to disturb the tranquility of the Premises and Clients.<\/p>

It is strictly forbidden for any unauthorized Visitor to access parts of the Premises reserved for staff (parking, closed doors or those bearing the sign \u201cstaff only\u201d, etc.).<\/p>

The Restaurant \u2013 La Table de Pierre<\/strong><\/h4>

The restaurant is open to Visitors from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM for breakfast and from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM for dinner service (Tuesday to Saturday).<\/p>

La Table de Pierre does not provide any lunch service.<\/p>

Wearing a bathrobe is only allowed for breakfast.<\/p>

In accordance with consumer protection laws, restaurant staff may refuse to serve, particularly alcohol, to any Visitor for a legitimate reason (example: obvious state of intoxication).<\/p>

Le Bistrot Dolce Provenza<\/strong><\/h4>

The restaurant is open to Visitors from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM for lunch and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, every day.<\/p>

In accordance with consumer protection laws, bar staff may refuse to serve, particularly alcohol, to any Visitor for a legitimate reason (example: obvious state of intoxication).<\/p>

The Bar<\/strong><\/h4>

The Bar is open to Visitors from 10:00 AM to midnight.<\/p>

In accordance with consumer protection laws, bar staff may refuse to serve, particularly alcohol, to any visitor for a legitimate reason (example: obvious state of intoxication).<\/p>

THE SPA, Swimming Pool, Fitness Center and Kids Club<\/strong><\/h4>

This internal regulation is applicable within these areas, which are governed by specific internal regulations.<\/p>

In case of contradiction between these regulations and the specific internal regulation, the latter shall prevail.<\/p>

Elevators<\/strong><\/h4>

Users of elevators are required to respect the maximum capacities indicated by the devices in terms of weight. They also commit to reasonable behavior (priority to people who cannot use the stairs, no jumping…). <\/p>

They are prohibited from committing any kind of damage.<\/p>

Any restoration or repair will be charged to offenders whose behavior has caused damage.<\/p>

Toilets<\/strong><\/h4>

Toilets and sanitary facilities are available to Visitors at all hours.<\/p>

All Visitors using the toilets are required to leave them clean. They are prohibited from committing any damage or adopting indecent or obscene behavior. <\/p>

Any restoration or repairs will be charged to offenders whose behavior has caused damage.<\/p>

Outdoor Areas<\/strong><\/h4>

It is forbidden to circulate in outdoor areas outside the designated walking paths, and in particular to enter flower beds and green spaces.<\/p>

Any damage caused by a Visitor\u2014or by a person or object in the Visitor\u2019s care\u2014to any of these areas or to any of the works of art on display on the Estate may result in the Visitor\u2019s immediate removal from the premises, without the right to any compensation.<\/p>

The Hotel also reserves the right to pursue compensation for any damage caused.<\/p>

Video Surveillance<\/strong><\/h4>

All Common Areas are under video surveillance for the security of people and property. Cameras are positioned to film each access point of the Hotel. <\/p>

In accordance with regulations, signs providing a first level of information on the subject are placed at each entrance to the domain.<\/p>

Images are kept for 15 days and are accessible to authorized hotel staff, the surveillance service provider’s staff, as well as to judicial police officers in case of an incident.<\/p>

Video surveillance constitutes personal data processing. The purpose of this processing is to ensure the security of property and people within the Premises. <\/p>

As such, it is based on the legal basis of legitimate interest, in accordance with Article 6.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation.<\/p>

Given the intended purpose and the positioning of the cameras, the processing concerns any Visitor to the Hotel.<\/p>

In the event of an incident related to the security of persons and property, video surveillance images may be extracted from the system. They are then stored on another medium for the duration of the procedures related to this incident and accessible only to authorized persons in this context. <\/p>

You may access your personal data or request that it be deleted. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data, to have it corrected, and to restrict its processing (see cnil.fr for more information about your rights). <\/p>

To exercise these rights or for any questions about the processing of your data in this system, you can:<\/p>

<\/p>

Rooms<\/h2>

The rooms are made available to Clients for hotel services.<\/p>

Animals are tolerated under the supervision of their owners, who commit to informing the staff (particularly to avoid any escape or attack by the animal) and to compensate Le Domaine du Mas de Pierre or any third party for any damage caused by their animal.<\/p>

All rooms are completely non-smoking.<\/p>

Any degradation of the room, particularly smoke odor or damage caused by an animal, will be charged to the Client.<\/p>

Room service<\/em> is available. Details of extra services(room service<\/em>, minibar, laundry) are displayed on posters or cards in the room. Consumables can be taken with you, but any item missing from the room at check-out<\/em> will be charged a flat rate of \u20ac120<\/strong>, including : <\/p>

\u2022 Bathrobe,\u2022 Bluetooth<\/em> speaker,\u2022 Tablet,\u2022 Bedspread,\u2022 Pillows,\u2022 Bath products.<\/p>

Valuables worth more than 600 \u20ac must be placed in the safe provided in the room. Otherwise, and in case of proven theft of said objects, the hotel’s liability will be limited to this amount. <\/p>
