Subject<\/h2>

These General Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all services provided by Domaine du Mas de Pierre within the framework of a contractual relationship between SNC Mas de Pierre, hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Professional,\u201d and the Customer, hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Consumer.\u201d These two terms (\u201cProfessional\u201d and \u201cConsumer\u201d) are defined as set forth in the introductory article of the Consumer Code. <\/p>

These terms and conditions and their appendices may include the following documents:\u2022 supplementary documents to which they refer via hyperlinks (e.g., rate schedules),\u2022 Rules and regulations and safety guidelines that may apply during the provision of the service (e.g., pool rules),\u2022 any quotation.These documents constitute the Contract entered into by the Customer with Domaine du Mas de Pierre, regardless of the method of reservation (directly, by phone or email, or via a platform or service provider).<\/p>

All rates in these GTC are inclusive of all taxes (except tourist tax) and service (where applicable).<\/p>

When the Customer makes a reservation at Domaine du Mas de Pierre, the Customer enters into a contract with the general partnership (SNC) Le Mas de Pierre, whose registered office is located at 2431 Route de Cagnes (06140 VENCE). The company is registered with the RCS under SIREN number 450 228 317, and its intra-Community VAT number is FR 24 450 228 317.The services provided by Domaine du Mas de Pierre will be performed at or from its facility located at 2320 Route des Serres, 06570 Saint-Paul-de-Vence<\/strong>. <\/p>

By derogation from Article L214-1 of the Consumer Code, it is specified that all sums paid in advance by the Client will constitute down payments and not deposits<\/u>. The moment of this payment will correspond to the moment of the conclusion of the contract. <\/p>

Except for the sale of gift cards, the Client is reminded that due to the nature of the services offered, and in application of Article L221-28 12\u00b0 of the Consumer Code, they are not able to exercise their right of withdrawal for any of the services offered below.<\/p>

Services Offered and Contact<\/h2>

The Domaine du Mas de Pierre primarily offers three types of services:\u2022 Luxury accommodations (rated 5*****), with options ranging from Superior rooms to suites and apartments, as well as reception services and seminar room rentals.
\u2022 A high-end spa, offering the following services: spa, hot tub, steam room, massage, sauna, snow cave, relaxation lounge, and herbal tea room\u2026\u2022 Dining options, with up to four distinct offerings depending on the time of year:\u2013 the Dolce Provenza<\/em> bistro, serving regional cuisine.
\u2013 the fine-dining restaurant La Table de Pierre<\/em>.
\u2013 The Bar<\/em>.
\u2013 Le Bar Paillote<\/em> (open seasonally) <\/p>

Reservation and Pricing Terms (Hotel)<\/h2>

The Customer may make a reservation for lodging at Domaine du Mas de Pierre by email or phone, using the contact information provided above.The Customer may also make a reservation through a platform or a \u201creseller\u201d offering services from Domaine du Mas de Pierre.<\/p>

Payment, Check-In<\/em>, Check-Out<\/em> and Cancellation<\/h3>

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. In the event of an early or late check-in, or a late check-out, the Guest must notify the front desk as soon as possible. The staff will do their best to accommodate such requests, though this does not constitute an obligation on the part of Domaine du Mas de Pierre.Any late check-out may result in the charge for an additional night.In the event of early departure, 100% of the remaining reserved stay will be charged.All reservation confirmations are subject to the Mas de Pierre receiving a deposit. The deposit amount is calculated as follows:\u2022 1 night\u2019s stay for any stay outside the high season.\u2022 100% of the total cost of the stay during high season (from mid-May to mid-September; dates are set each year). <\/p>

The Client is informed that a pre-authorization of \u20ac100 will be required on their payment method, to allow for the charging of any extras that may be consumed during their stay. If applicable, the remaining balance must be paid at the latest at reception, at the time of check-out. <\/p>

All cancellations must be made in writing by the customer. Domaine du Mas de Pierre will refund any deposits paid only if the following deadlines are met:\u2022 At least 7 days before the arrival date for high-season stays (from mid-May to mid-September; dates are set each year).\u2022 At least 48 hours before the arrival date for the rest of the year. <\/p>

For any cancellation not covered by these cases, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded, and Mas de Pierre further reserves the right to seek compensation for any damages incurred.In the event of early departure, 100% of the remaining reserved stay will be charged.<\/p>

Pricing<\/h3>

Room rates are per night and do not include breakfast.However, the following are included: Wi-Fi, access to the spa, pool, lagoon, fitness center, multisport court, and a tablet provided in the room\u2026<\/p>

In addition, there will be a tourist tax (based on 2025 rates) of \u20ac4.69 per person (adult) per day (ages 18 and older).<\/p>

Pricing for the main services offered as add-ons to room reservations:<\/strong>\u2022 SPA access from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, including the pools, lagoon, steam room, sauna, hot tub, and fitness center: complimentary.
\u2022 Extra bed: \u20ac125 per night during high season, \u20ac95 the rest of the yearSince this service may not be available on short notice, the Guest is required to inform Domaine du Mas de Pierre of their request for this extra bed no later than at the time of booking.
Otherwise, the Domaine du Mas de Pierre cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences resulting from this (cancellation, damages, etc.).
\u2022 Pet: 50 \u20ac per night.
\u2022 Transportation service to the airport or the city: see the rate schedule at(Airport Transfer<\/u><\/a>).
\u2022 Private underground parking: \u20ac25 per night.
\u2022 Electric car charging stations: \u20ac40 per charge.
\u2022 Electric bike rental: \u20ac70 per day or \u20ac50 per half-day (\u20ac500 deposit by check).
\u2022 Room Service<\/em>: See the price list at(Room service<\/u><\/a>).
Breakfast: \u20ac5 delivery fee.
Other Room Service: \u20ac10 delivery fee.
\u2022 On \u201cLes dimanches de Pierre\u201d Sundays: \u20ac60 per adult and \u20ac30 per child 12 and under (excluding drinks).
\u2022 Kids Club<\/em>, available by reservation only and during French school breaks only. Details:\u2013 Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Sunday through Thursday): 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (on Friday and Saturday)\u2013 Price: \u20ac17 per hour (snack included); please note that lunch will be served at Dolce Provenza<\/em> at the price of a children\u2019s menu (\u20ac32).\u2022 Laundry service: Please refer to the price list available in your room. <\/p>

Right of Retention<\/h3>

The guest is hereby informed that, in the event that he or she fails to pay for hotel accommodations, Domaine du Mas de Pierre may\u2014at its sole discretion\u2014 exercise its right of retention over all of the guest\u2019s property<\/strong>, in accordance with Articles 1948, 1951, and 1952 of the Civil Code.This right of retention will remain in effect until all amounts due have been paid in full<\/u>.<\/p>

Reservation and Pricing Terms (SPA)<\/h2>

All treatments are designed for leisure, wellness, and relaxation. They are non-therapeutic and non-medical.All treatments are open to both men and women and can be enjoyed as a couple or in a group. The duration listed for each treatment corresponds to the actual duration of the treatment. <\/p>

Customers can book a service at the Domaine du Mas de Pierre spa directly through the following channels:\u2022 By email at spa@lemasdepierre.com<\/u><\/a>\u2022 By phone at +33 (0)4 93.59.00.37<\/u><\/a>They may also book through the service provider Thalasseo.<\/p>

Schedules : \u2022 SPA treatments from: 9am to 7pm<\/strong> all year round and 9am to 8pm<\/strong> in July\/August \u2022 Access to spa and wellness facilities (spa pool, hammam, saunas, whirlpool, snow cave): 9am to 8pm<\/strong> \u2022 Fitness room access: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>

Arrival and Cancellation Policies<\/h3>

You must arrive at the spa 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment time<\/u> to complete a pre-treatment questionnaire and enjoy the welcome ritual. Any delay will result in a corresponding reduction in your treatment time<\/u>.A credit card authorization will be required at the time of booking.<\/p>

A bag containing a bathrobe, a pair of flip-flops, and a towel, among other items, will be provided. This bag and its contents must be returned at the end of your treatment.Any cancellation or rescheduling of a treatment must be made at least 24 business hours before the start of the treatment, by email at spa@lemasdepierre.com<\/em> or by phone at +33 (0)4 93.59.00.37.Any no-show or cancellation made after this deadline will result in the full amount of the treatment being charged (using the credit card number provided at the time of booking).In the case of a subscription or a Gift Invitation, the cost of the treatment will be deducted from the subscription or Gift Invitation balance. <\/p>

Pricing<\/h3>

The rates for spa treatments and spa stays are listed in the Spa Guide.<\/p>

Liability<\/h3>

Certain services may be incompatible with the Client\u2019s specific health condition and\/or may require adjustments.A health questionnaire is provided to the Client upon arrival at the spa. The Client is expressly informed that, if he or she refuses to complete said questionnaire, the treatment will be performed without any adjustments. <\/p>

Le Domaine du Mas de Pierre is bound by an obligation of means regarding safety and advice. However, it cannot be held responsible for repairing any damage resulting from the provision of treatments without adaptation or despite a contraindication, if this damage is due to a lack of information or incorrect information regarding the Client’s state of health. <\/p>

Subscriptions<\/h3>

Access to the spa and fitness facilities is also available through membership plans, as described below.No membership plan (whether monthly or annual) is refundable once purchased.<\/p>

“Solo Getaway” Package<\/strong>: 10 treatments + 10 spa visits to be used during treatments.No time limitPrice: 1,650 \u20ac<\/p>

Reservation Terms and Pricing (Gift Boxes and Gift Cards)<\/h2>

Principles<\/h3>

The Domaine du Mas de Pierre offers gift cards and gift boxes for sale. The content of each gift box varies and can be viewed at the link indicated in 6.2. These cards and boxes can be ordered online by the Customer on the Domaine du Mas de Pierre website, or by email at reservation@lemasdepierre.com<\/em>, by phone at +33 (0)4.93.59.00.10<\/em> or directly at the estate. <\/p>

All services mentioned in the gift boxes will require a subsequent reservation and will be subject to availability.<\/p>

Unless otherwise specified by Le Mas de Pierre on the order form, the following rules apply:\u2022 Gift packages cannot be used in July and August.\u2022 Gift boxes and gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date they are sent via email.\u2022 Gift boxes and gift cards are non-refundable (subject to the legal 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt for gift cards).<\/p>

Pricing<\/h3>

For gift cards, the amount is chosen by the Customer.For gift sets, the prices for each set can be found at https:\/\/lemasdepierre.secretbox.fr\/<\/a>.<\/p>

It is specified that the prices indicated are the minimum rates that will be applied for the gift boxes. The Customer is informed that these rates may increase if they wish to modify the proposed services (for example: room upgrade). <\/p>

Miscellaneous Information<\/h2>

Other Services:<\/h3>

For services not specified or whose price is not stated in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (example: room reservation or privatization), it is necessary to contact the Domaine du Mas de Pierre directly, so that a specific quote can be established.<\/p>

Damage and Theft:<\/h3>

Any damage or theft committed within the Domaine du Mas de Pierre, including damage to tablets provided in the room or theft of items contained in the bag given at the SPA entrance, will be charged a flat rate of 120 \u20ac.
If the amount of damage or theft exceeds the flat rate, the Domaine du Mas de Pierre reserves the right to charge the actual cost incurred.<\/p>
