Gastronomic restaurant open from tuesday to saturday for dinner with a « découverte » menu. Closed from october 1st 2011 to march 31st 2012.
In a chic and romantic ambience around the magnificent fireplace, or on the terrace to enjoy the delights of sunset over the Saint Paul hills, Michel Rostang and Emmanuel Lehrer present a sophisticated cuisine based on exceptional produce.
They use produce from the both the sea and the land, bringing a ray of sunshine to every dish. These inventive and inquisitive chefs make full use of the abundance of regional produce from local markets to present menus in phase with every season: spring, summer, autumn and winter.
To accompany the dishes, you can follow the recommendations of the master wine waiter, Pascal Morel, who manages a cellar with over 200 different references.
